Development Programme - Term 1 2024 @ St Heliers School

Join Us For Our ‘Development Programme’ at St Heliers School!

The Coerver® Coaching Creative Player programme is a technical development program for youth players (ages 7-14) and is brought to you by Coerver® Coaching, “The World’s No.1 Soccer Skills Teaching Method”, and our international partner, adidas.

Coerver® Coaching programmes operate around the world with the aim of maximizing each player’s development. This is achieved by providing each player with a market-leading player package that has been designed to maximize the technical, physical, psychological and social development potential of each player. The Creative Player programme is delivered using professional coaching, age-specific technical and physiological programmes, and an extensive support program on and off the training field.

The Coerver® Coaching Development Programme will feature sessions from our globally recognized Pyramid of Player Development® with an emphasis on:

• Ball Mastery
• Receiving & Passing
• Moves – 1v1 Attack & Defence
• Speed
• Finishing
• Group Play

Our aim is to develop creative players while teaching essential social skills such as good sportsmanship and respect, self-esteem, and self-confidence, in addition to a good attitude to practice and play.

Each Coerver^® player receives:

• 10.5 hours of programmed Coerver^® Coaching from official Coerver^® coaches
• Coerver^® home training program and online support
• Coerver® Coaching certificate

SCHEDULE

All sessions run from 4.30-6.00pm on these Thursdays during Term 2

• Thursday the 4th of April,2024
• Thursday the 11th of April 2024

All sessions run from 9.00am-10.30am on these Sundays during Term 2

• Sunday the 24th of March 2024
• Sunday the 7th of April 2024
• Sunday the 14th of April 2024

During this programme players will also be assessed for suitability to join our Winter Performance Academy programme which starts in Term 2. Invitations will be sent to players who qualify for this programme.
